What is the easiest way to get a quote?

Please ring or text us on 0437 720 111, email info@hhlimos.com.au, message us on Facebook, or fill in our quote form and we'll endeavor to give you the best price instantly.

How many guests/passengers can fit into the limousine?

We can accommodate/seat 12 passengers (11 in the back, and 1 in the front).

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, normally we would like a deposit to ensure your booking is 'locked in'.

We understand that this may not be practical in all cases, so please contact us to discuss.

How do we pay?

We offer the ability to tap your card on arrival to finalize the payment or balance.
You will receive a printed out receipt on the spot, or we can email or text a payment link for you to pay at your own convenience. We also offer Afterpay.

What is your cancellation policy?

All monies paid are non-refundable or transferable. 

What's the minimum time, and is there an extra charge for; multiple stops, extra passengers, locations, etc.?

There's a minimum hire of 1 hour. If a shorter direct trip is needed please contact us and we can tailor a price to suit.

Yes, there will be a extra small charge for multiple stops and this will be discussed at the time of booking.

Can we play our own music/playlist?

Yes, this is strongly encouraged through our Bluetooth audio system.
Play what you want, as loud as you want!

Is the limousine insured and are all drivers trained and accredited?

Yes, the limousine is fully insured and has public liability and it is also accredited with the Victorian Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) governing body.
Yes, all drivers are trained and accredited with the CPVV also. All numbers available on request.

What are some of the limousine's special features, and what should I expect?

The limousine will always be presented to the highest standard possible.

We take great pride in this and aim to be one of the nicest in Melbourne.

Hours of preparation goes in before every event.

We have a fantastic sound system with multiple amps, speakers and subwoofers. We also have 3 TV screens with the ability to play music videos or DVD images while enjoying your playlist.
There are numerous lighting systems, including icebox lighting, flashing bar and floor lights, twin disco balls and a laser show.
There are also champagne flutes and whiskey glasses for every passenger.
We offer 1 bottle of quality wine/champagne for EVERY ride (of min 1 hour) for you to enjoy while travelling to your event (18+ only).
We will always arrive on time, and endeavour to get you to your destination exactly when you want.
There will also be chilled and room temperature water and an endless supply of individually wrapped Mentos.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks but not to excess.
The door will always be opened and closed for you and you'll get to "walk the red carpet" on entry and exit wherever practical.
Just sit back and enjoy the experience and we strongly believe that every trip should be the ultimate enjoyable experience.
